Inventor:

Bernard Maets is more known for his rocket packs then his jet packs.  This unit combines the steam rocket features with an air breathing jet for longer duration operation.

Type and Function:

The center tank contains Maets’ secret element that when combined with the steam generation engine in the main thrusters and the air intake provides the force needed for generating lift  This is one of his heavier units but that is more than made up for the inclusion of the air intake, thus reducing the need for an on board oxidizer.

Recovery Site:

Although not mentioned during the filming due to its highly unusual nature, this unit was recovered in the secret vaults of Al Capone as investigated by Heraldo Rivera. It was passed on to the Maets Foundation for further study.

Principal Investigator:

This object has been recovered, studied and restored by Ed Kidera. Unit includes a display stand. Discover the reality
