The second of several Time Evaluator Machines designed by Bernard V. Maets. Unfortunately, Bernard did not believe in patenting his work and our understanding of his incredible work is limited.

Type and Function:

The Time Evaluator was designed by Bernard to look at and measure the conditions of time in the past, present and future. By all indication, time is just fine.
