Time Flow Regulator designed by Bernard V. Maets. Unfortunately, Bernard did not believe in patenting his work and our understanding of his incredible work is limited.

Type and Function:

The Time Flow Regulatore was designed by Bernard to adjust the flow of time which would occasionally get disrupted by a number of factors including some of Maets’ own time experiments.
